I have a home that was built in 1956. Over the years, we have added on, remodeled, modernized and worked to keep the house in fine condition. I hired this company to establish a benchmark for work various contractors told me I needed to have done. I needed an overall view of the from someone who was up to speed on requirements and wasn't interested in selling me any particular service. The findings helped me determine the specific repairs that were absolutely necessary, extent of those repairs and those repairs that were "nice to haves" and could wait for a little bit. Some of the plumbing clearly needed attention. Some of the wiring has been with us since 1956 and needed to be retired. Most importantly, the dryer needed to be vented to the outside - not under the house as the remodeling crew had done it. I feel like I have a plan and know where to begin. (the dryer vent)
