Donna contacted us as a result of our queries on the web.
We knew right away that we were dealing with someone who was a hard worker and she reinforced that opinion over and over again.
Buying a home in an area you know is hard enough. Knowing nothing about the city, suburbs or state compounded those feelings.
Donna started working with us and immediately taught us about Columbia and the surrounding suburbs. Once we decided on an area she showed us a variety of homes (new construction and resale) and modified the homes we saw based on our feedback.
Deciding on the house was easy. Being out-of-state during the search added complexity to the purchase, negotiation and pre-closing activities. Donna went above and beyond to assist us with EVERYTHING we needed to do.
