Candy was amazing with my family and I from start to finish. We were in a time crunch as we relocated from New Jersey to South Carolina and she was able to deliver and know it out of the park. Candy did everything she could to make the home-selling process as smooth as possible, by putting us into contact with skilled tradesmen assisting in negotiations, and answering all of our questions rapidly and thoroughly. Better still, she was able to recommend agents in the city where we were moving, making both parts of selling and buying easier for that. I couldn't recommend Candy Limehouse enough for real estate.

Here's the thing about Candy, she is a warm, beautiful person inside and out. AND when it comes to making sure her client is taken care of she can be a bad a**. Love that about her. I was moving from out of state which is not an easy process but she made it as seamless as possible. She has been doing this for years and has lots of connections with contractors, lenders, etc. I am happy with everyone she connected me with. Once the ball was rolling I dealt with her assistant, Shannon, a lot. Shannon is very responsive and every bit as competent as Candy. They are a dynamic team and both went the extra mile for me on several occasions. I am a stickler when it comes to responsiveness and professionalism. I won't even consider a company that doesn't respond in a timely fashion. I have high standards and it takes a lot to impress me. These two impressed me.

Candy was amazing! I had a very limited time to buy a house for my son who is in the military. She showed me two houses at 10am. I videoed them and sent them to my son. He picked one and we made an offer. We were under contract later that day and I was headed back to Florida. Candy and her assistant Shannon are both very efficient. I wouldn’t use anyone else in SC.

This was the most efficient big transaction we have every been apart of. We began working with Candy in hopes that we would get the house purchased by the time we get married in October. In 2010, Candy sold our house in northeast Columbia--and found us the perfect home in Heathwood. She did such a tremendous job negotiating the sale and purchase of those two houses. When we decided to leave Columbia in 2019, the first call we made was to Candy. She knew exactly what to price the house, she personally took all the photos (and did an excellent job!!) and was extremely responsive to every question we had. No one knows the Columbia real estate market better
