"Thank you for your service. Your thermostat stopped working after I left your home not while I was working on it. Your husband verified the thermostat just simply stopped working. You have identical thermostats he placed the thermostat upstairs on to downstairs and it worked. Thus proving that voltage was there and the downstairs thermostat simply failed but was not from lack of power or shortage. Yes, I replaced it with a new thermostat and yes I charged for that. But I installed a float switch and never touched your thermostat on my initial visit and again it was working fine when I left because I checked it and your husband paid me."
"Well I'll just say this a lie doesn't care who tells it or who hears it. I never demanded money or threatened you at any time that's not in my character. Yes a mishap happened and i paid in full for it to be fixed and you never allowed my guy to come back and finish. I have every text i sent i never disrespected or lied to you. If i wasnt licensed or insured i couldn't be a contractor on Home Advisor. I do professional work and take care of my customers. Just sad you had to lie but again i had a helper step through you ceiling that could've happened to anyone but i did everything to fix it and even have messages from you thanking me for getting it taken care of so quickly and that you would set up a time to finish it with him. And you paid no money to have it repaired. And your review never mentions that your card declined 3 times after i finished with the install and wasn't paid until following day. You also failed to mention you didn't get home until 530pm so how could we start before 6pm. You also failed to mention that your house was over 90 degrees when i arrived and nice and cool when we left at 10pm after cramping from dehydration in an attic that was well over 100 degrees. Your unit was professionally installed and you're enjoying the benefits of that but gave me a bad review over a mistake that could've happened to anyone not taking into account how much money you saved you had a company quote you 11k for that install i did it for 4700. And you just called my sheetrock guy back after 5 days but you leave a bad review because you didn't check your voicemails. Any potential customer reading this just know i go above and beyond for my customers. Anything i mess up i always make right. Ms. W. has shown me the true definition of 2 faced individuals in this world. God bless her!"

"We diagnosed system correctly the first time we came out. You had multiple problems with system and they were not obvious until system was running and operating. Your system ran for 4 days and cooled properly before you called us back. On the initial trip you had a bad capacitor. On the second trip you had wires that had burned up from heat and age of system. Those issues are not related and again we did fix those issues. And we gave you a super discount because you didn't have money available to pay the asking price. We were more than fair and tried to accomadate you. And you never provided an email to receive a receipt! We send digital rece"
