Things we were promised at the offer we never got. Numerous repairs on a brand new home, still not fixed. Run from this builder, save yourself a lot of money and frustration!

My husband and I wanted to build a house on our own land. We found a house we really liked by C & C builders.
The house was finished in 2006. We have been here for about 7 years and I am really disappointed. The wood on the side on our back door is rotted, needs to be replaced and painted. Our shower in the master bedroom is leaking and causing stains
on the baseboards. (actually we're not sure where the water is coming from, but it looks like the shower.) Today the
heating and ac guy back for the 5th time only to tell us our coils need to be replaced at the tune of $2000.00. We have
an ugly spot on the ceiling where the water overflowed from the air unit and stained and damaged the drywall.
Is it just me or should I expect a brand new house to not have so many maintenance issues this soon???
