I have never deal with a more professional company! From the initial meeting to receive an estimate to the finished product, everyone I dealt with at Burgin Roofing was amazing!
If you need a new roof, I strongly recommend your using Burgin Roofing!!

They are a bad company. They were terrible. All of the workers were Mexican and none of them spoke English. They just left me with them and they couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. It was about the worst experience I've ever had with them. I would not recommend them. They have done work for other people I know but it has always been a man and a wife and I am single. I would absolutely not use them again.

They weren't the cheapest bid that we got, but they seemed to be the most intelligent estimators. They spent a lot of time looking over the roof thinking about what they needed to do because it is a complex roof. Even though it was a very large roof they were done in a day. They used big crews and got it done at once. We spent about $6000 on that service. We would use them again.

It went very well until we realized that the type of roofing we had ordered was not put on the roof! We were supposed to get the highest quality thicker shingles with a lifetime warranty, but they put on 30-year shingles. It turned out that the company had recently changed the warranty on their 30-year shingles to a lifetime warranty, so that's what they put on, but they weren't the shingles we thought we were getting! Their advertising materials still had all the old information on it and we had no way of knowing when we signed our contract that their "lifetime" warranty shingles were now the lesser quality/thinner (previously 30-year) ones. Pretty slick... Stuart Burgin seemed very nice, but be very careful. It does appear that the roof was put on well and it looks good. Also, the crew did not speak much, if any, English and they killed some of the azaleas in front of our house by throwing debris on them from the roof. Nails were left all over the yard.

The whole experience from the first call to the bill was hassle free.

Recieved a few quotes, then called Burgin. At-home estimate was way more thorough, accurate, professional than all others. Price was in-lne with expectations. Speed of install team was phenomenal , just 9 hours ! Roof looks fantastic , no leaks, and colored-flashing details give a much more cohesive visual. Team was very accomodating of existing solar panel detachment and reattachment overtop of new shingles. Only suggestion I might have is to improve language barrier. Team should have at least one crew member bi-lingual during course of install. Crew chief spoke well with customers but was not bi-lingual.

They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. As far as I know its fixed well. I did look them up on Angie's List, but I also know some people who used them to re-roof their whole house. Just because their feedback was positive I decided to use them also.

They arrived on time, completed work ahead of time and left property cleaner than before they arrived.

Excellent work, very fast with good follow up. They cleaned up the area around the house afterwork of all nails and trash. The supervisor came by the next day and fixed the small issues such as reinstallation of the gutter guards that the workers put on incorrectly. The company put roofs on approximately 15 houses in my neighborhood and were highly recommended.

In October 2008, we bought a "flipped" home with a relatively new roof. Imagine our surprise when we discovered a number of small leaks and one large one only a few months later! We requested a number of estimates; Mr. Burgin was the one contractor who took the time to take my husband up on the roof to show him how the shingles had been incorrectly laid in a number of places, the ridge vent attached with nails that were too short, and other shortcuts. He installed a tarp to protect us from further leaks until his crew could get on the job, and got us scheduled for two weeks later. He also suggested a rain diverter over the front porch where he could see that water was eroding mortar on the brickwork. The crew arrived when they said they would, finished the job as projected, cleaned up, and were professionals the entire time. Mr. Burgin came over after the job was completed to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The cost was exactly what we expected from the estimate. We were totally satisfied with our experience with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Burgin was very professional and easy to work with. He came several times to look at our hail damaged roof and to meet with the insurance adjuster. The home owner's insurance company that I have has been difficult to work with, but Mr. Burgin has been understanding and helpful in that regard. We had to ask them to return with another magnet to get up the roofing nails from the ground. They came as soon as possible and did a thorough job.

The leak is all fixed. He climbed up on the roof, checked it out, and showed me pictures of what needed done. He explained why he had to do it as well. I trust him. His prices are fair.
