The windows were not cleaned to my satisfaction. A nest the worker said he would remove wasn't removed. A couple outside windows  weren't cleaned. I went behind them and cleaned a window sill myself and the difference was very evident. I will have redo all of the window sills myself. I called Dan Martin and asked him to come look at the job but he didn't respond. I joined Agie's List after I contracted with this company. I wish I had joined and read other member's reviews before I used them.

Trinity was hired to wash all windows, outside. After they left (and were paid), I discovered that many of the windows were badly scratched!  My heart sank. I  have used other window cleaners in the past and never had that occur. This was a disaster. I called Dan Martin, the owner. He called back and when he found out I had a problem he hung up the phone. I called him back MULTIPLE times over several weeks and left messages. He NEVER returned any of my calls. A lawyer-friend tried to call; no luck. He then wrote Martin a letter. NO response.
I contacted several neighbors in Woodcreek and they recounted similar problems with no response from Martin.
I called the City of Columbia business license division.  Columbia reported that Trinity does not have a license to do business in the city limits.  I don't know if Trinity has applied for a license or not since that time.
This company has shown a singular lack of professionalism and under no circumstances would I recommend hiring them for any of their services.

Received a card advertising their window cleaning business.  I Got 3 quotes and chose them even though we were to be out of town on the Saturday they came-it was the only date open during November.  When we returned home, I got their bill out of the mailbox, checked a few windows and they looked OK.  Wrote the check and mailed it the next day.  A few days later, I began to notice that there were windows at the back of the house that were not cleaned .  Out of the 21 windows I had expected to be cleaned more than half were not cleaned.
I called Trinity every other day for more than a week, left messages asking them to give me a call.  I did not say what I was calling about but, they never returned my call.  So much for a good work ethic and standing behind your business' reputation!

Overall, I would say that they did a good job. As he was leaving my house he encouraged me to call if I found anything he had missed. I did not need to call.

I have used them several times. They have always been prompt, professional and I thought that they did a good job. I was very satisfied with their services. They are very friendly and courteous.

I called and requested a cleaning, as the previous owner had used this service. The service was done on the day while I was out, and upon my return I noted several holes in one of the gutters. My house is only 4 years old, and the gutters had no holes prior to this service. I have called to discuss this with the owner, and have never received a call back. Very frustrating! I have not yet paid this bill- and will not until I speak to this man! Shortly after the cleanout was done we had a rain, and the place where the new holes are in my gutter just poured water down the side of my elevated screen-in porch. It's a mess and I'm going to have to have this section of gutter replaced. I can't imagine how much this is going to cost. I will certainely send him the bill!

They did not blow off the deck or roof nor did they pick up the debris from the bedding. I didn't check on this before giving them payment. It would not have taken much more time to do the job completely and do it right. They wash the windows well and if that's all you want -- clean glass -- then that's about all you're going to get.
