Provider was able to accommodate our schedule and arrived promptly.

We were hoping to conduct the inspection along his side but the builder's rep arrived at the same and we got separated. Having 15 years experience in the construction industry i have a good knowledge of what to look for. I found about 3-5 items that the inspector missed. I mentioned this items to him so that he could include in his report. He prepared and forwarded his report within two days, however, our comments were not included. When asked why these items were not added, we never received a formal response.

The feeling we got was that the inspector was there to go thru his process, generate the boiler plate report and move on to the next home. Customer engagement, feedback and/or service is nowhere near the top of the list.

He met me on time and did a thorough inspection of the house. He explained in detail about the areas in concern. I had a pleasant experience with him. I received a complete report the same night.

. I have used Frank for the purchase of both a condo and now a house. He is very picky and really does great work. He takes color photos and uses them in a report. I received my report prior the next business day for both properties. He was very kind to explain exactly what the issues were, and even answered follow up questions via email. I also asked for references for contractors, handymen, etc.
I highly recommend being on site while he is giving the report as he will show you issues and answer any immediate questions that you have. He may not be the cheapest in town, but I trust that he will give a fair assessment of the property.

We have had two inspections by Mr. Boysia. Both went exceptionally well. First house: We put in an offer on a foreclosure property. It was a bit rough looking but we did not see anything major, some paint and a little labor and we felt we could have a very nice place. Frank was recommended to us by our Realtor. Frank showed up early and had already started when we arrived. He began on the roof and worked his way to the crawlspace. Frank looked at everything. He tested everything. He found things we would never have imagined. The piers were not touching floor joists, a joist under the refrigerator was sawed in half, old plumbing leaks had ruined the floor in the master bath. The report produced was 19 pages of valuable information. In fact, the listing agent asked to use the report to get the bank to make necessary repairs (they are doing so). Frank's inspection saved us buying a property that would have cost us almost $40,000 in major repairs. Second house: Being "saved" from buying house #1, we called Mr. Boysia again. A roof to crawlspace 100% thorough inspection. The report was 10 pages and the house got a "did not find anything wrong" rating. What a relief! This house we decided to purchase thanks to Frank's impartial and quality inspection. The reports furnished by Frank are exceptional. They are clearly written with pictures accompanying almost every item inspected. We got both reports back the same evening that he had done the inspection. During both inspections, Frank talked with us about the homes and covered a myriad of topics including; building code requirements, plumbing system, foundation and even landscaping. Frank takes his time and has all the necessary tools to really examine a house. A great guy to have on your side BEFORE you put money into a property.
