Description of Work: Over a period of over 15 years and two sports sedans, when I have had to get service from this dealer it has always been a disappointment. If you have a choice, you will get excellent service at Imports Only on Millwood Avenue.

+ -1 moreThis BMW dealership seems more like a sleazy used car lot than a reputable dealer. I have gone here twice to look at BMWs since my family trades into a new one every 4 years or so. Both times I have had a terrible experience, as their salesmen are clearly trained to sell every car at more than full retail. They refuse to negotiate the price and want to steer every conversation toward monthly payments, which is the oldest sleazy trick in the book. I am very surprised that BMW allows their brand to be associated with this subpar dealership. I also have friends who have had similar experiences. One friend described a service fiasco after they lost his keys following an oil change. We all now go to Charlotte for buying and servicing.
