They called me a month and half ago saying that I was 4.8 tons over and that I would be charged an additional $465.00. I personally filled up the dumpster so I know that it wasn’t over filled. My dispute was with whoever weighed the box and not Big Red Box. I’ve done this before, so I asked them to double check, but they refused. I’ve been trying to resolve the issue with finally paying the additional charge. They kept giving me a run around and would not speak with me, until I got contacted from a collection agency. I finally paid the credit company. I tried to contact Big Red Box back and the owner said that they have nothing else to say to me and refused to actually give me the weighting company’s name. They just hung up on me.

I got an absolute full refund on the price because they had not performed to my satisfaction. They tried to blame me for the whole experience. The price was fair, though.
