BETTER HOMES CARPET CLEANING

We have used Better Homes(Steve) for quite a few years now. We decided after the first time we used him that we would not call anyone else as long as he was in business. We had used other companies over the years before finding Steve. None of them even came close the the care and professionalism that Steve provides. We live with 2 large dogs that live inside and you can only imagine how much dirrt they can track in. Most recently, I was out of town when one of our dogs had an accident and got sick on the living room carpet. My family that was watching the dogs contacted Steve about the problem and he came to the rescue the next
morning. When we arrived home we found the carpet to be spotless. Once again Steve did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend that if anyone is looking for someone to clean some carpet you should at least try Better Homes Carpet Cleaning at least once. I truely think that if you give him a try once that you will never want to use anyone else.

I called yesterday because he had cleaned my carpet before. He made an appointment for today. He came in and quietly and professionally made the carpets look practically like new! I will definitely use them again.

He arrived on time, took great care to raise furniture off of carpet, carefully cleaned the areas that we requested and did not try to sell us more than what we had asked for. We paid him and he left.
