Candy Limehouse exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. I had my townhouse listed a couple years prior with another agency and did not have any success getting it sold. Candy was able to quickly get prospective buyers into the townhouse and we were able to get a signed contract in place in less than a week. I live out of state and was not able to attend the closing, so Candy kept me in the loop throughout the closing process and helped make the process flow smoothly. It was the best experience I've had with a Realtor! I found Candy on Zillow. She knows the Columbia, SC market, the neighborhoods, and the various offerings that were available. Before deciding to go with Ms. Limehouse, we talked to two other agents. We wanted to make sure we chose the right person and we did. Candy had been highly recommended by two of our co-workers who spoke very highly of her as well. Candy did a great job for us. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area the three things we were most impressed with were her ability to get us quotes and good service people to perform some of the work we needed done on our house. Her contacts were very professional and did a great job. We had requested some quotes on our own and Candy's contacts were always less expensive and more punctual. Candy always kept in touch with us and was easily accessible. We found when we bought/sold other properties over the years that some agents are almost impossible to get in touch with - not so with Candy. Candy is a excellent negotiator - we can't say enough about her ability to produce the best outcome for her clients. The coworkers who recommended her were very impressed with their results on their house sale and I would have to say we were elated! And, in closing there is one last thing. Candy has a wonderful personality and is fun to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone that needs an agent whether buying or selling a home.

I had the arduous task of overseeing & managing a beloved family members estate, who lived around 500 miles away from me (MD to SC). This included emptying, prepping & ultimately selling the home where they had lived & raised a family for over 70+ years. After a (6) month Agent Agreement with our 1st realtor, which proved not to be as productive as we would have liked given (6) months was invested, we began the search for another agent to assist with the selling of this home.
