Poor service from Brandon who is their Store Manager.

Store clerk was over taxed and distracted by many customers and phone calls. The other employees seemed to be doing nothing in regard to servicing the customers in the store. Promised to have the batter rebuilt by July 19th. Got receipt and told they would call. They never called. on July 25th called store and was told battery was ready.
Same experience going to retrieve the battery. Very busy clerk, very distracted and many people waiting.
Finally go the battery. At home tried to put the battery into the recharger and found that it was not reassembled properly and would not go into the charging station. Had to diss-assemble the battery casing and fix the plugs that were inserted improperly in the wrong order. I believe if I returned it to the store it would have been more wasted time to fix.

The tech attempted to work on my watch and unlike three expensive jewelry chains he admitted he could not complete the repairs without harming my watch and provided an excellent recommendation for a shop that could. The tech was honest, polite and professional.

I had a coupon for watch battery and installation. I went in with two watches. Only one could be opened. The battery on the one was changed, but the back could not be reseated. He said that he did not have the proper equipment to do it. He said I needed to go to a jeweler to get it done. I was charged for the battery and he waived the installation fee. He gave me the coupon back so I could used it for another visit. I will not be going back. The manager contacted me the following day to rectify the problem. He did so at no additional costs to me. I was impressed enough to take in two additional watches for new batteries.
