I have used them several times. They are pretty well organized and did a good job this time. The mortgage was priced well. We almost have to go 60 days to get through an underwriting with everybody else even if we have excellent credit. I once had to send some documents by email more than once to get a proper response. Different people from out of state and locally had asked for the same information. Getting a mortgage takes two months, but it is not uncommon.

This company was recommended by our real estate agent. The initial meeting went very well and the loan officer told us that our credit rating was very high and that we could easily qualify for the loan. He also explained other banking services that would be available to us free of charge because of our decision to take out our loan with Bank of America Mortgage. He also arranged for us to receive a more favorable rate if we waited a couple of days for a new program. The closing for the loan was without problem. All of the paperwork was done on time and we were able to complete the transaction in a reasonable time period.
