Worst experience ever. My wife went in and bought a mattress and used their financing and was told it would be 3 weeks for delivery which was fine. however they finally call us and we were told due to weather they would have to reschedule. I understood that however it would be another week or so. The first payment was already due and I can’t even get my mattress. They were going to deliver on a Friday and we never heard from them so we called the night before to confirm and they had CANCELED THE ORDER. We had paid some up front and made a payment that we have to wait to get back. The sales person that sold us the mattress as of 2 days after we bought it no longer working there. No one seems to want to help and there are never managers available. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY ON HARBISON AT ALL COSTS!
