First they asked me if I had a truck, I advised them no, he said that was ok, then they  showed up in a budget rental truck. I asked them about covering up my furniture, and at first he told me, I didn't need too, then I heard something fall, and he came back and asked me if I had anything I could cover my furniture up with, I got blankets and sheets out to cover my furniture. On the way to my apartment, they called and asked for directions to put in GPS, they arrrived late, and went past my house the first time. The furniture was badly chipped and scratched. A big $4000 bedroom suite is chipped and scratched, a $3000 china cabinet is chipped and scratched, a dining room table and end table as well. I called and spoke to Joseph and he said he didn't understand why the furniture would be scratched when everything was covered, I advised him that it wasn't covered til half way into the move. He said he would come out on Thursday to assess the situation, he never came, I called 5-6 times, and no answer or response back.

It went as well as I had hoped it would go. Everything was unloaded and they were finished in three hours as contracted.

I was not pleased with the overall experience. They were not up to par with the prior company I dealt with.
