Very thorough. Pictures where taken of everything. The report was very detail with plenty of pictures to go along with it.

It went great! He was on time and provided a detailed report of everything he found wrong with the house. The report included detailed photos. He spent about 3-4 hours at the house and explained all his issues before leaving. My only problem wasn't with him, but the HVAC technician he recommended we use for the HVAC inspection. I recommend searching for another HVAC company to perform your inspection, possibly one that has good reviews.

A great experience.  I give All N One Home Inspections an A+.  I phoned Mike and left a message and within 30 minutes he called me back and we discussed the home I was purchasing in Lexington.  We agreed on a date and time for the inspection, and I was present at the home for the entire inspection which lasted over four hours.  During the inspection Mike asked me to join him on several occasions to go over issues he identified with the home, and he patiently answered my questions.  Mike gave me the completed report the same day of the inspection by posting it on line to a password protected  web site.   

We've actually utilized Mike's services twice in recent months. He inspected a home we had under contract in October 2015, at a cost of $175.00. We terminated our contract on that home at the end of our due diligence period, but quickly found another home, which Mike agreed to inspect at the cost of $150.00.
In both cases, Mike was very friendly, arrived promptly, conducted thorough inspections, and delivered detailed reports that revealed a lot of things about both homes that we wouldn't have otherwise known. His full reports were 185 and 192 pages long, with plenty of images and clear descriptions about issues he had found in the homes. When we ran into issues with the second home, Mike was kind enough to come out and do some additional inspection (and even deliver notes on a company letterhead) at no additional cost.
We would definitely consider hiring Mike for any future inspections and would recommend his services to anyone who needs a reliable home inspector.

Comparative:
- This report was more complete and 4 times the length of the previous inspector's report that we had used years ago. 
- Mike spent more than 4 hours working all over our house.  I interviewed another inspector he told me that he spends about 2.5 hours on a house.  Also, an inspector I used for a new house only was their 2 hours. 
- Mike is fair in pricing (the lowest I found actually).

Extremely pleasant experience. Very friendly, very professional and very thorough. Mr Outen arrived early and went straight to work. He spent about 4 hours inspecting our house inside and out, he even climbed up on the roof. He documented everything and took tons of photos. We received the detailed report the same evening. We were very happy with his services and would not hesitate to hire him again. We already recommended him to our neighbors.

If your looking for a home inspection, call All in One.  Mike was absolutely great.  He spent around 4.5 hours going over the house.  He took approximately 165 pictures.  His write up was approximately 17 pages.  He combined the pictures he took with written narrative in his report, not only giving us a description but a view of the inspection results.  Just as an example of his through approach, he put his ladder up and viewed the roof from every side of the house and at multiple angles.  He said he normally likes to walk the roof, but ours was very steep and it had rained, so he used binoculars to get close up views, and zoomed his camera in for pictures.   Inside the attic he checked every corner and angle for any water damage.  He even walked the rafters to get to the corners where he didn't have clear view.  When he found a problem, which he did, he took many pictures and talked through the , walking the rafters to get to the edges.   He continued that diligent approach to every aspect of the inspection.   
Again if you need a home inspector, call Mike.

Mike did a great job.  Very professional and thorough.  I would use him again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.  He is the best i have every seen!

Mike Outen was great. I scheduled the inspection for 9 am but since the house was empty he showed up early to inspect the exterior. He got onto the roof to inspect it, crawled under the entire crawl space, inspected the attic and every nook and cranny of the house. He took over 5 hours and even showed me things to watch for on the maintenance side. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to purchase the house knowing exactly what I was getting. Mike gives you a great value for the price. I would absolutely use his service again!

I have used home inspectors on 4 other occasions. However, this was by and far the best! Michael spent approximately 4 hours checking out my home and his report was meticulous.

Mr. Outen was very prompt and professional.  He provided us with an easy to understand report within one day of the inspection!  He was very friendly and helpful and eager to offer advice on how to fix any little issues we had around our home!  He was very detailed and through!  I would highly recommend Mr. Outen to anyone who is buying a home!  He did a great job with our home inspection.

I've used him twice, and both times he showed up early & went right to work. While general home inspectors aren't required to climb onto the roof - he does! The report issued was very detailed, substantial, & all problems are documented with photos. I was very satisfied with the price, quality & timeliness of his work.

Mike was very thorough, and gave me a good price. However, the written report wasn't easy to read. The formatting was a little confusing and redundant. As a first time home buyer, I would have appreciated it if Mike had communicated his findings verbally a little bit more. He is a very easy going, nice guy.

The inspector always comes on the same day and not on the next day. His prices are much more competitive than any of the other inspectors that I have spoken with. He is very personable and his turnaround time is very quick. He also takes into account the 11 o?clock network if need-be. He is very thorough as well. He did 2 separate inspections and my overall experience has been great.
