Albritton is the one I used for tree services. It cost me about 2200 dollars. They did outstanding. The workers were all very professional, very thorough and very competent. Without a question, I will recommend them to a friend. I absolutely, without a question, will use them again in the future, not would, will.

I am very disappointed with this company. When I first met with the owner he gave me an excellent price for the services requested. (Remove 7 trees in back yard and 3 trees in front yard.) When he came out to give me the estimate I told him that he could not bring heavy equipment into my backyard as the trees being cut down were between an inside pool fence and an outer yard perimeter fence. He told me that would not be a problem – no equipment would be brought into the fenced yard. He was quick to commit to an appointment date and showed up on time with his crew on the day of service.

Unfortunately, Dee, the owner, left as soon as his crew was briefed on what needed to be done. Soon after they arrived, I left the house for appointments and paid for the services up-front with a check to the crew supervisor. (It should be noted that the entire crew was very nice and accommodating.) When I returned home that night it was too dark to really see what was done. The next day I went into the yard and was shocked to see the way it was left. Apparently, heavy equipment WAS brought into the yard and there were areas sunk in with large tire tracks. Worse than that, a 12 x 12 patio I had laid with paving stones was cracked to pieces and the heavy tires caused the stones that were not broken to be sunk into the ground so the entire patio is now uneven! It is a total mess and needs to be entirely dug up.

The next Monday I called the owner and he assured me he told his crew NOT to bring heavy equipment into the yard and that he would be over within the next few days to check the damage and repair/replace the cracked paving stones. Needless to say, he never showed up. I have called him 3 more times since that initial phone call and he has never returned my calls nor come by to survey the damage.

I would be happy to retract this negative rating if I was given compensation or the damage was repaired by this company as I honestly was happy with the tree service. But, there is no excuse to damage a back yard (especially since it was discussed up front) and not come back to make corrections. BIG, EXPENSIVE lesson learned!

They were prompt, and got the job done. However, I did not appreciate the left over cigarette butts, and a ravioli can I found after they had left.

Overall experience was excelent. The price was fair and job completed with minimum damage to lawn and shrubery. I say damage because you can tell work was done on the property. You can't expect to move around the machinery needed to remove 6 huge pine trees from the front yard and not see evidence that work was done. In fact, the evidence of work done ws considerably less than I expected.
Dee Albritton does not have a secretary and this accounts for the B for responsivness but he was there for the quote and work when he said he'd be there. Just keep calling - you'll eventually catch him away from a noisy job site.

I was very unhappy with the way the yard was left and the destruction of the turf which had been a major project the spring before and was doing very well.

There was a hurricane/windstorm that uprooted and broke off large oak trees in my yard. One of those trees fell on my house completely destroying the room that it fell on.That tree had to be removed. Another tree fell on the carport, this tree was removed so that my vehicle could be removed before the carport collapsed on it.

Everyone uses him around my neighborhood. He's the nicest guy and he uses his cell phone to operate his services. They answered their phone. They're good at what they do.

They did a good job. They were very courteous. They cleaned up after they were done.
