Robert was very professional and thorough. He inspected everything ? all appliances, HVAC, crawl space, bathrooms, kitchen, doors, and much more. His report was detailed and easy to read. He also offers a home warranty which we bought since we are selling our house and moving out of state. If we were staying locally, I?d use Robert again in a heartbeat.
