Water Softener Service
I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. THEY RESCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION 3 TIMES, AFTER THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR 2 APPOINTMENTS. THERE WAS A DISCREPANCY WITH THE REBATE. THAT WAS RESOLVED, BUT IT TOOK 4 WEEKS AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND RECHECK THE MACHINE TO BE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THEY CALLED ME ABOUT 4 WEEKS AGO TO ASK HOW THE SYSTEM WAS. I LET THEM KNOW IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, AND THE PERSON ON THE PHONE SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO CHECK IT, AND THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. I LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL YESTERDAY, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL TO ARRANGE A TIME TO COME OUT, AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. NOW, WHEN I CALL, THERE IS NO ANSWERING MACHINE, AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS.
