I use them regularly. I always spend about the same amount. He is conscientious; he does a good job; and he is reasonable.

Their price is at or lower than every quote we got. He can do a lot of things. We have had them previously clean windows and power washing. He works quick;y and efficiently. He is professional and on time. He works by himself so he manages his own schedule. You don't have to deal with a lot of people, just him. He does great work. I will use him again.

I was very happy with the window cleaning... My windows were perfectly crystal clear and sparkly! The work done inside the house was very neat without a single splash of the cleaning solution getting on my carpet or draperies. I would highly recommend Griff's for window cleaning!

Very pleased with the end results. Bill was on-time, courteous, cleaned up after his work, and very fair in his pricing. I'm considering using him to power-wash and re-seal my deck, which he also does.

The work was done in a timely manner, with minimum disturbance and at a competitive price. The windows looked like they were brand new. We were very pleased.

Our carpets are about five years old but are fairly light in color and have taken a lot of abuse, particularly in the main traffic areas and on the stairs, and we have two small children! We had a company come out previously that only cleaned the carpets using a chemical-based solution. Our carpets just never looked or felt clean. Mr. Griffin uses steam to clean carpets and gave us a fantastic rate. He treated specific stain areas and cleaned everything thoroughly. After he was finished our carpets looked fantastic and felt good to walk on. Excellent job! And the price beat every other steam cleaner out there. Now we feel much better having our one year-old daughter crawl around on our floors! We will definitely have Mr. Griffin clean our carpets again and would recommend him anytime. He was efficient, thorough, polite, right on time and offered us a great price. And next time, we're probably going to have him clean our upholstery as well!
