Excellent. They tested the water and found all I needed was a filter and not an entire water softening system. Saved me $2K!

It went very well. Tyler from E and E did both jobs very well. He was very professional, efficient & personable, and E and E was very responsive to my needs. On reconnecting the plumbing for the new disposer, I attempted to do it myself but didn't have the right pvc tubing that was needed, so I called E & E that evening after they were closed & left a message. They called first thing the next morning & Tyler was able to come by that morning. He confirmed that I had installed the new disposer correctly & was able to reconnect the plumbing as well. Again, I was very pleased with the jobs that were done & with E & E's responsiveness. I plan to hire them again for subsequent plumbing needs.

E&E plumbing was hired by my contractor as a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They ended up cutting a line to the hot water heater in an area they weren't supposed to be working in. This ended up causing a lot of damage and then they repaired it with lesser quality materials. On top of that, the main contractor had a delay in paying the invoice for E&E (despite receiving full on-time payment from me) so E&E reached out and told me they were processing the paperwork to put a lien on my property. They didn't adequately try to resolve the issue before involving me and creating additional unnecessary stress. Unless you want to add a lot of stress to your life, I would highly recommend avoiding E&E.

The work was completed as quoted and on time. Personnel were professional and left the area clean. I will definitely use this company again for future projects.

Plumber was late, but received a call 30 minutes before time was up with a new ETA. The plumber showed up & replaced the part.

Derek Jackson and his company were hired for us by our contractor to assist in our master bath remodel. They did an excellent job on that project and we've since hired them for two more small plumbing jobs around our house. They would be at the top of my list to call if we ever have another issue. Easter Sunday we had a leak from a second floor high pressure water pipe. I turned off the water main to the house and prayed. It stopped.
We called Derek at E and E early Monday. He was a gentleman, and worked us into his early morning schedule that day! Two men and some careful work later---new pipe, no leak, and slight water damage.

He did a great job and cleaned it up under the sink.  Looks real nice and did a professional job.  Very upfront and set expectations in the beginning before coming out to do the work.  Price was right on point, showed up on time and did a great job.  I absolutely use again.

The owner Derek called me within 2-3 hours of my initial call to him. His crew showed up two days later with the commodes. They were here about 2 hours put in the new comodes and fixed the pedestal on the sink. Great job great price, on time and fast! Competent too! that's the most important of all!

Both my general contractor and I were very impressed with everyone we worked with from E&E.  They knew they stuff (passed inspections on the first attempt), were poilte, clean, timely, and competitively price.  They offered recommendations and we ended up taking every single one - it made our bathroom designs so much better.  They never rushed us to make decisions, they always wanted to make sure were were comfortable and happy with where things were going.  They were also able to move one of our bathrooms 6 ft over (into a current closet area) - which other plumbers said would be impossible.  They were so easy to work with - from a homeowner's perspective as well as from my GC's.  He complimented their patience, ability and professionalism as some of the best he's seen in his decades in the industry.  I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Working with Derek and his crew was wonderful.   I had a special hose bib that needed changing out.  I had the part but just needed a plumber to take care of it for me.  Derek worked with my schedule and his crew arrived on time.  Even got a confirmation call!  The job was completed quickly and it turned out great.  Since it was not an ordinary hose bib, I was quoted a higher price than usual but I understood.  When the plumber gave me the bill, it was $40 less than the agreed upon price!!  I asked why and he said it wasn't as difficult as they had thought.  Now, how often does THAT happen???
I have found my new go-to plumbing company!!

Communication is excellent.  I was contacted prior to scheduled date to arrange a convenient time to perform service.  I was contacted the day of service 30 prior to planned arrival.
Plumbers were clean, took shoes off prior to entering home and treated my home and items with care.  They were neat and tidy in their work and cleaned any mess they made prior to departure.

Derick was very responsive. I had a leak around my toilet. He came out within an hour and a half.  He was thorough in finding the source of the leak. His price was reasonable and he was considerate about not charging me for something I didn't need. I will definitely call him the next time I need a plumber.

As a sub installed a custom sink after new kitchen marble countertops were installed. Based on performance I referred him to a friend who reported back very positive results and feedback. I then called them for some additional work readying a w/d room and again stellar work and professionalism. I have fired two plumbers over the past four years of our DIY project and was relying on one that got the job done but now use E and E Plumbing for any and all work and refer them to anyone asking.

In doing some remodel work in a laundry room, the hot water hose to the washing machine was leaking after I reconnected it.  I was given E & E Plumbings number from a friend of mine.
I called and spoke to Derek, the owner, and he said that he would try to get to my house that day if he could.  He called later saying that he was delayed because of trying to fix someone's broken pipes.  He said he would come by the next day.  He showed up right on time.  Spent a few minutes looking at the laundry room faucet leak and told me what needed to be done to fix it.  It turned out to be a easy fix so I told him I could do it myself which he was fine with.  I did have another small drain leak which he fixed while his helpers
reset a loose toilet.
I found Derek to be very honest, friendly and focused on customer service.  My experience with plumbers in the past has not always been positive.  It sure was this time and the next time I need a plumber I know who to call...Derek at E & E Plumbing!
