Crawford's Heating Air & Appliance Repair

Crawford's was recommended to me by the repair service who had previously worked on my dryer, who is no longer working. When I phoned at 8:30 Monday morning, Mr. Crawford indicated that his schedule for the day was already quite full, but took my number with a promise to call back later that day to schedule a service call. He returned my call at 1:15 and arranged to be at my house at 3:00. He phoned again at 2:40 to tell me he was on his way and to confirm directions with his GPS. He and his son arrived just before the appointed time in a clean van well marked with the company name and description of their services.

The Crawfords took less than an hour to correct the problem, and seemed thorough in checking over the rest of the dryer parts. They were emphatic about cleaning up behind themselves, despite my protestations that I needed to vacuum anyway. They were friendly and didn't seem bothered by my questions about other appliances on the market and their reliability.

Total cost was $75 for the service charge/labor and $5 for the high temp grease.
 
I would not hesitate to call them again to service my appliances.
