 + 0 moreThey have a monopoly and are very unresponsive. It takes them 3-4 days to service us when we had a problem. They charge about 20% higher than anyone else.

 + -1 moreVery poor service for high prices. Would not have anything through them if they didn't have a monpoly in this area. The dvr they leased us was far from state of the art and the remote was downright "user vicious". Switched to DirectTV and am much happier.
