Joe is a friendly guy, very easy to work with and performed all services on time as promised. Joe's drawings were high quality and there was no issue getting the storm water permit approved. When we staked the house (on a steep slope) Joe provided some great reccomondations regarding concrete cost savings and "best view" placement of the house. He and his team were great to work with and I would highly reccomend them to others.
