I had the provider out 2 months prior to this for an annual AC tune up.  The tech was responsive and very very thorough.  He pointed out some places on my unit that he wanted to keep an eye on, but didn't necessary need replaced at the moment.  I've had other companies out before and was very un impressed with their inspection and servicing and they would have recommended things need replaced, even if they didn't necessarily need it.  The tech with Air serve took his time to ensure he checked out the air compressor along with going under the crawl space and in the house.  I had to have this service tech come back out 2 months later because my thermostat went out in the house.  They were again super responsive.  My only downfall is they only offered professional grade thermostats and this was for a rental property, which I normally wouldn't spend that much money on a thermostat, but if it was for my personal residence, that would have been fine.  They just didn't have any other options.  I will be using these guys again in the future, as it is hard to find companies in this line of work that I can fully trust while living in another state.  These are good ole boys that will do you right and not try and charge you for un needed items.  I highly put my word behind their company and service!

The company responded to my phone call immediately and was very courteous.  They were able to work with our busy schedule, and showed up on time on the day of service.  Bill was friendly and professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing.  They didn't carry any dirt into the house and were very careful to change shoes as they were in and out of the house.  I've had providers come in before that did not pay attention to the mud they tracked in but Bill wasn't one of them!
