The house Mike did for me was a rehab. I hired Mike to point up the whole house. In all fairness to Mike the walls were filthy and hard to see imperfections, however some of the work that he did for me I had to go back and redo. After painting, some places in the mud had pits which needed to be skimmed out and some places where we added sheetrock were not feathered out enough and left high spots that needed to be sanded again or feathered with mud. For the most part Mike did a fair job and the places that needed more attention did not actually show up until the primer was put on. That's when everything shows up. I was going to do that first but Mike wanted to go ahead and finish the job, so I let him. My mistake! Anyway to hurry the job I finished out the places myself. Mike may have come out again to do this but I had already paid him and was in a hurry to turn the house so I didn't bother to call him. He showed when he said he would and for the money I got what I paid for. I was just disappointed after the primer went on and I could see the imperfections that needed more attention. Again in all fairness to Mike, had the walls already have been primed he probably would have done a better job. I gave the 3 rating for quality because of the pits and sanding

Mike installed multiple rooms of drywall where we had taken down old paneling. He also patched multiple areas where electrical had been installed as well as scraped and plastered about 900 sq feet of popcorn ceiling. Excellent service and great communication. Highly recommend to anyone looking for drywall needs.
