Very good experience. Mr. Burns came promptly, knew exactly what to do, and did it efficiently. All works well now.

He didn't charge me the whole service call because he couldn't fix it, which was nice. I liked that. I've used him before and he is really nice and always fair. I was disappointed that he couldn't fix my dryer. He's a good guy. It is a digital new fangled dryer and it wasn't his fault that he didn't know how to fix it. I will absolutely use him again.
