I was contacted right away and Matt helped us out immediately. His professional arrived quickly and took care of the huge Raccoon that had been killing our chickens. Good to know that they had no plans to killing him. They were very professional, understanding and efficient. They calmed our fears of having to deal with him ourselves. They did a great job with the repairs and took pictures of what would solve the prpblem. THANKS.

I am very happy with the repairs. They blend well with the existing soffit and are nearly undetectable. I think the trapping expense was unnecessary as there was only 1 squirrel captured and the traps were not placed on or even near the roof as expected. I would definitely hire them again but I wouldn't pay for the trapping the next time.
