have needed to use pool maint twice for health issues. Used Lawrence and company both times. His guys are customer oriented and were punctual. Always send a report if and if not any issues with updates of your pool maint. They are currently taking care of our pool maint. Weekly and are on schedule to help unless I do better. With Lawrence, he has always worked with me when or when not I need help

We've used them for several years. They're wonderful. They even changed owners and they're still wonderful. The workers are absolutely amazing. They call us to ask if we're ready. That's how prompt they are. They call us to remind us. They're very personable. They're very professional. 

We were pretty happy with the service until door tags appeared with the name 'Billy' on them. Pool seemed dirty the day after cleaning and after we discontinued service I learned that the dirty appearance in the pool was mustard algae. I've spent a great deal of time and money dealing with this issue. I can't say that the pool was contaminated by dirty equipment, but this type of algae is pretty rare and usually comes from contamination and the fact that we started noticing the problem after Billy took over the route. We do not even swim in other pools, so I can't imagine that we introduced this menace.

I also found the billing to be erratic and I had great difficulty in contacting the provider when I wanted to suspend the service. I contacted them through the same email address that we had been using before and the emails were bounced.

We were very impressed with Gerald and ASP. They are very professional, customer oriented, and timely workers. I would recommend this company and Gerald to any of my friends and family. Great Job ASP and Gerald!!!!

The pool had not been operable for nearly 3 years, even though we had spent thousands with other pool companies.
Gerral cleaned the pool and got a new salt system set up for us including fixing the pipes which had cracked and adding new pressure gauge and sand.
He went above and beyond what would have been expected of him.
We actually hated to see him go and plan on calling him to help close and open the pool every year.
There is not a better company in Aiken, and we tried 3 others who were unsuccessful at getting our pool in working condition, and did nothing to try to do the job they said they would. We spent HALF the money we were quoted from the other companies and got 100 times the service.
We simply could not be happier and you would not go wrong using ASP.
