+ 0 moreMy neighbor and I chased Jeff for well over a month. He told us he would be here and then would never show up, we called and called. He kept promising dates he would be here to do the work. We had other projects he said he would do as well. It was rare that he answered his phone. You 78% seemed to get Voice Mail with NO call back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL............ TO PROMISE OVER AND OVER TO BE HERE AND NEVER SHOW UP!!!!!
