Philip Chance was prompt. Came and checked what we had for stoves and explained what he was going to be doing. He sweep the chimneys from the roof and then came inside. He was very careful about the dirt and dust. He use a HEPA filter vacuum and did a very good job of keeping the area clean as he worked. He found a couple of things wrong and corrected them as he went along. We will be having him come again and clean the chimneys/stoves again after this winter.
