Description of Work: Phillip has promised me over 3 different times, that he would draw up an estimate for the landscaping job I needed to have done. Phillip also promised me he would be willing to do the work. I have not heard any word back from him in regards to the estimate nor confirming a time he would come out and start the work. I have reached out to him several times and never heard anything back. I will not be calling him ever again.
