They are very good and very helpful. I don't remember what the price was. They treated me well and with respect. They delivered it also. I don't remember if there was a charge for the delivery.

We were replacing all kitchen appliances. Wholesale Appliance took wonderful care of us, and our custom kitchen was not the easiest in the world to install the new appliances. However, everything went great! We were especially impressed with Mr Johnson who installed most of the appliances. He had to do a bit of extra work beyond what he was expecting, but he handled it like the pro he is!

The prices for most of these appliances were better than other places I had found, other than one place online, which I was unsure about dealing with.  With that cost reduction, however, I found that there was little follow up service, a drop in professionalism after the sale, and non-existent delivery expertise.  Yes, the appliances all work.  Because I could tell from the first visit that this might be a challenge, and due to their installed price, I had my own installers lined up for each installation.  I had to stay on top of this company and be pro-active about the deliveries to ensure that I got the right products.
I opted for them to deliver the appliances to the site only.  I assumed (incorrectly) that this delivery would at least bring them into the house out of the weather, or another safe place.  From the very first delivery, I had to almost get angry to have the items brought into the garage, 10 feet away from the delivery drop point.  Given the poor attitude of the delivery foreman, I demanded at that point for each appliance to be delivered within 10 feet of the installation point rather than simply drop shipped. Each subsequent delivery was worse.  Items that I was told by the salesman each time were being delivered was wrong, damaged, or missing -- yes, every delivery.  My attempt to complain to my salesman went ignored.  It appears that no one checks the information prior to the items being loaded on the truck for delivery.
At the end, I have all the appliances except one.  I will obtain it elsewhere.  I found that the local delivery group of the online appliance center (I bought one appliance to test them) turned out to be excellent.  My business  for the next 3 projects will move to that company even though the price may be a few dollars higher.

They probably have the largest selection in all of Charleston. They have a very large selection to choose from, they virtually have all brands. They matched everybody's price that I had. They gave the price lower than everyone else.

We were very pleased with them. We bought 4 appliances in redoing our kitchen. They searched and found the models that we could use and get a $600 rebate. I thought that was very nice. Their installation people were very thorough. We would definitely use them again. We checked in other places and we thought that they gave us a pretty good price with the rebate.

Excellent work.Ralph was the salesman I worked with for the dishwasher and he was so good, I requested him again when I went back for the stove and microwave. He was extremely nice, not pushy. He showed me what I was looking for in my price range and did not try to talk me into a higher price model. The prices at the store were the same or better than other stores and the customer service was much much much better than the other stores. Granted, I knew what I was looking for when I went in, but I was in and out with receipt in hand in less than 20 minutes for both purchases. Regarding the delivery and installation. The delivery truck was on time, and they called me when they were on their way so I didn't have to take off the afternoon of work to wait for them. For both deliveries, they came after 4:00 so I didn't have to leave work early. The two guys that came were extremely nice. They were very careful bringing the appliances in on my hardwood floors. They did an extremely thorough job cleaning the floor under the dishwasher and stove before installing the new appliances. It was great team work and efficiency (not one guy sitting and staring at the other one doing the work). I don't think either of them sat still for a minute while they were at the house. Dishwasher was installed in <30 minutes and it took less than an hour for installation of the new stove and microwave and disposal of the old appliances. I would definitely recommend these guys again.
