He explained in detail to me everything that I would have to do, answered all my questions and wrote everything down for me. 

On 3/08 I purchased three Trane HVAC systems from this company at a considerable cost. I was promised 365/24/7 service. Today I called to request a service call due to no A/C. I called several times beginning in the AM and received no call back. I finally consulted Angies list and called another HVAC company which promptly came and took care of the problem. It is my impression that Wappoo no longer values service to existing clients.

Their estimate was similar to that of other companies, but they seemed much more knowledgeable and professional.

They showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. But there were a few details that they didn't do a great job of. They didn't clean up very well afterwards and left a few minor things undone. They were annoying nonetheless.

Our A/C broke on one of those 95 degree August days. We called this company on a Thursday, and they offered to come out on Saturday. They called back a few minutes later to say that there was a cancellation and they could come THAT day. We expected bad news as 2 previous HVAC companies told us we needed a whole new system. Seems like our A/C fails us about once a year. Well THIS year, we were told that we only needed a replacement part and it could be done THAT day. I got home from work to find the house as cool as it could be. We had this work done a couple months ago now and everything is still working fine.

Took several days to get everything fixed, but they were quick to respond to my questions and to return when something wasn't fixed correctly.

The system lowered my energy bill and was not a real expensive system. I am pleased with it. I would recommend them to others.

They were very nice. They made sure we knew what they were doing. They did a follow up checkup. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves.

Great! I only had to raise one issue with the completeness of the work and that issue was addressed immediately. Efficient and quick, leaving with a clean work space.

It was a good experience from start to end. The estimator explained the options, explained the warranty options, and then told us how long the job would take, and when it could be done. All estimates were on the mark, and we'd recommend Wappoo to others.
