 + -1 moreThis company installed my HVAC unit in my new built condo in 2010. I had a problem in August 2012 (turned out to be a leak in the coil!!!). I called WH Platts Co several times and NEVER received a return call. Needless to say I had to get someone else to fix it. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and installed a new coil the next day. I would never use WH Platts if they can't stand behind their work!
