Vann Cochran (owner) is great! He responds quickly, sets an appointment time (not a window of time), is very clear about pricing and meets his quoted amount. He is dependable and trust worthy. I met him through my church and wish I had met him years ago! Vann worked in the construction business for 20+ years so has seen it all. He says he now enjoys the variety of work and smaller jobs as opposed to the long ones. I can't count the number of times I have now called Vann for help. He is a trusted person on my vendor list now and I even have my tenants call him directly, as I trust him to make economical decisions about repairs.
