Solar Panel Service
VES installed solar panels on our house in April of 2021. Their installers began installing the panels on the wrong side of our roof because they misread the plans. While they did "flash" the multiple holes that should not have been made, VES has yet to fulfill their promise to return and completely repair and replace the damaged shingles. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times, and while they do eventually reply, it is now almost November and yet again their replies have ceased and no final repairs have been done. We are trying to change HOI Companies and cannot get wind and hail insurance because of the damage VES caused to our roof. At this point we have no choice but to file suit for the repairs and hire a roofing company ourselves to make the needed repairs. Very disappointed in this company, their customer service and their unwillingness to follow through with their promises.
