Excellent and on time. My elder dog is anxious, but calms down after a few minutes (and treats). Staff kind, gentle; also pleased to see him.
P.S. I have gone to this practice since moving to Charleston 25 years ago, with many dogs and 2 (or maybe 3) cats. If or when I consider going somewhere else (except the emergency vet), I remember the great care, knowledge and compassion that have helped my companions to stay healthy, usually to a ripe old age!
The vets are awesome. They really like my dog and are always really excited to see him. My dog is kind of skittish, and the vet was really nice about trying to talk to him and make him feel more comfortable. They explain everything that they need to do. They're very informative and ask me if I have any questions. The staff is really personable. I had called one of them and had them personally take care of my dog outside of the clinic. They are great.
