The treatment was done as scheduled however, the bark, underlying fabric, and dirt were mixed, and pulled back from the side of the house on the adjacent rose beds. The expectation would be that the landscaping would be returned to its original condition, but when they were finished everything was a mess where they conducted their work. I called repeatedly to Tremex wherein nobody would return my phone call. I eventually spoke to their office staff who dispatched an individual to fix the mess. Upon returning home the day someone came to "fix" the mess, I found the fabric had been thrown in my trash, not put back in place. After finally getting a call from the owner after 6 weeks, I was told that he would take care of the problem. Tremex has not repaired the damage to date.

I called and Joe was out the next day. He was very nice and professional. He explained the contract and went right to work. We are very pleased.

I called and made an appointment. The exterminator (Joe) showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and was incredibly friendly. Greeted me and my dog (she's excited by people coming to visit) and checked out my home. He then went outside to mix up the chemicals (this took about 2 minutes) and proceeded to spray around my house. Joe could not have been nicer and was really great. While spraying outside, he noticed a snake and offered me a suggestion on how to get rid of snakes. What a bonus! When he was done spraying, he went over the contract and explained that he or another Tremex representative would be back every three months. He collected the check and left.

They do a good job and there are never any problems. They are very polite and make sure to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to other people because they really do a great job.
