Poor. These guys gave an estimate. Took a down payment and then didn’t return phone calls. Small job but they bid the job and were willing to take money. Very unprofessional.

Replacment of insulated window was successfully completed. Very personal service.

This was a challenging job according to the multiple quotes received. I delayed in getting the job done due to the "car salesman" approach from other companies who did not leave a great impression. Happened upon this company on the Nextdoor app and decided to give them a try. Placed a phone call that was immediately answered with a friendly voice who scheduled an appointment and actually arrived as arranged. This was not a standard shower door install. I had the shower built to my size and specifications with custom measured bench seat, dual jets on each side, double shower heads and a sunflower overhead. The product arrived timely, was installed effiiciently and looks fantastic. I cannot wait to use all the features. If my opinion changes on the review or additional customer service is required I will not hesitate to update. I find that does not happen with most reviews.

Beyond AWESOME! The crew was great; solved any problems they ran into quickly; even worked in the rain to get the windows all in place. In addition the crew was friendly and explained what they were doing to me. Highly recommend.

Awesome repair ! Required dis-assembly. Matt and Bruce were exceptionally qualified, skilled, and friendly. Kept costs as low as possible. Work area was left spotlessly clean . I definitely will call again if needed.

Matt Trainum calmed my nerves and came by the next day to seal the cracks. New glass was ordered and delivered upon arrival. Great company!

These Guys are awesome. Glass was broken out of the back door, wife had taped up cardboard to keep the wind out of the house. Other companies said they could put us on the schedule a week to two out. These guys are just so nice and pleasant to work with. Lowes could not do this job at all, and this contractor came in the lowest of the three bids I was able to get. The door came in faster than I expected, and they installed it the day it arrived. We are thrilled.

Extremely well. They kept appointments, worked very cleanly and efficiently. Glass was fabricated and delivered sooner than expected. They also replaced rotten wood stays around several windows, avoiding need to hire a carpenter. The brothers were delightful to deal with. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

It went very well. We were quite pleased with the friendly and professional manner of Matt and Travis. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the end results. The windows are now fully tested and survived hurricane Matthew without a problem and we would recommend Matt and Travis to our neighbors and use them again in the future.

Grateful this crew could help. Fixing glass shower doors are not something I would have attempting on my own. Came in and assessed the problem. Were in an out in about an hour.

It went well. Trainum came by and gave me a quote. The window was custom ordered and when it came in they installed it in less than 2 hours. They also accepted the Angie's List 10 percent off coupon. I called some other windows places and they didn't want a "small" job (none less than 6 windows, etc.)

They were great. They always communicated when they would be here, did a great job, and were very professional. They worked with me to make sure the way they finished the installation was what I wanted and went out of their way to make me happy. I am very picky and these guys were just great. I hired them for several other tasks, including screening in my back porch, replacing some interior doors and windows.

The brothers were very responsive. I was able to reach them on the phone right away. They came the very next day to give me an estimate and they were back within four days to complete the job. They had to order my glass so it took a few days. They were courteous, kind and did a fabulous job. Very reasonably priced.
