What I want to share about this particular location is that I had my registration for my motorcycle in my glove box and it was stolen while I had my vehicle serviced. I brought it to the attention of the manager and received little to no care about my complaint. I waited for my vehicle while it was being worked on and I checked my glove box immediately after the service. So disappointed and I had to pay for new registration for my motorcycle. I will never use any Tire Kingdom again they give mechanics or auto service technicians a bad wrap.

Their price was comparable to other places. I was happy with them.

I'd make sure you have plenty of time when getting service. The service was good, but slow. Just make sure you have some extra time.

At the beginning of a 9-hour nighttime road trip with our infant, we got gas and checked tire pressure. My husband noticed a gash on the side of the tire (the thread was showing) and told me that we couldn't go until we could buy a new tire in the morning. Loath to unpack our stuffed car, disturb our sleeping baby, and repack and start anew the next day (driving during the day with a 12-month old when she would be awake), I checked to see if anything was still open (it was 8:30 at night). Only Sears, but they weren't picking up the phone. We drove there anyway and on the way, like a beacon of hope, was Tire Kingdom all lit up inside. When we got there, they were amazing. They actually close at 8 PM but were there late working and were more than willing to service our car. The situation was complicated by the fact that I couldn't find the wheel lock to remove the tires, but they were able to figure it our and get them off. We were in and out of there lickety-split and hardly lost any time. Although I didn't use the waiting room, they had coffee, magazines, and vending machines. The bathroom even had a changing table (in a tire store!). Besides that, the $250 we spent was actually for two tires and the work, a great price. Finally, we were so grateful for them staying late and dealing with the wheel lock, we tried to give the mechanic a tip, which he declined. There was such exceptional customer service from start to finish that I felt compelled to write this review and will only go to Tire Kingdom from now on.
