They did an excellent job and he also trimmed some limbs that were over our house that came from another tree as well. They were very nice, were very fast, and cleaned up very well. Their work was absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

Roberto and his team did a great of of assessing our issues and making some excellent suggestions. They showed up on time, had all the equipment that was needed, and did a fabulous job.

Great work and was almost completely done in one day. I had a large oak and maple trimmed and they tidied up my fence line. The crew discovered an owl nesting in a large limb and are coming back to remove the rest of the tree when the owl moves on as they are very conservation minded. Professional work for a reasonable price...It's amazing how great my backyard looks now.

Roberto was professional and extremely detailed about the services he was providing. Beginning with the initial proposal, Roberto met with me on site with his laser pointer and indicated exactly which limbs he recommended removing.
The morning that the work began Roberto once again went over the work to be performed. We were both clear on what was expected.
Roberto introduced me to his crew, who were also very professional and polite. A few times during the day they asked me if everything looked good and if there was anything they had missed.
Upon completion, Roberto and I once again went over the work to make sure everything was good.
It was very clear to me that the Tree Expert wanted me to be happy with their work. His price was right in line with another estimate I had received for the same work. I expanded Roberto's scope of work because he instilled trust in me that the work would be done well. I was not disappointed.

They are a very, very excellent group. They cleaned up their mess and you wouldn't even know they were here. Considering the amount of work that they did, I thought that was pretty amazing. Getting down the tree right next to the house, we were sort of concerned about the roof, but they did an excellent job. I don't have anything to compare because I didn't put this out as a competitive bid. He was doing my neighbor's yard there and I was watching and liked what I saw so I asked him for an estimate, and we negotiated a little bit and he agreed to do the work. I thought it was a fair price.

Hat's off to Roberto and his crew! They took down four very tall, but dying trees in my yard with such precision and skill. All around these tall trees (between 50-80 feet) were houses and power lines! Their ability to bring down these very tall trees in pieces was exactly what was needed to ensure the lowest risk that nothing around these trees was damaged. They cut the trees up into firewood for me and turned the leftover brush into wood chips for me. I highly recommend the Tree Experts!

Roberto and his crew were excellent. Very professional and prompt. Once I told him he was the successful bidder, he worked me in within 24 hrs around some bad weather. They did exactly what I wanted, when I pointed out some missed limbs I wanted trimmed they cheerfully took care of it, cleaned up well on the job, and made sure I was happy with their work. I would highly recommend them. In contrast, one of the more popular companies that I sought a second bid from came 1.5 hrs after the promised time, and then promised to give me the bid later that day which never came.

This is the second time I have used this service. Roberto and his crew are very knowledgeable and qualified arborists. Some of the work was a bit delicate, requiring extensive trimming of the live oak at specific places. The crew was punctual and highly professional. The premises were cleaned up well. I will use them again. The price was reasonable and comparable to other services as determined by estimates.

Roberto came out with his team. They evaluated the tree and provided an estimate for removal of the tree and having the stump ground down.
I liked the estimate, and he gave his team the thumbs up to remove the tree. They had the entire tree down in a couple of hours the same day. They finished up the next day to get rid of some of the larger logs and stump. Roberto was extremely nice, helpful, and got the job done efficiently.
Roberto came highly recommended from one of my friends and he lived up to his reputation.
