Mr. Mills had been to my home on two other occasions at my request to examine the crawl space under my home. Neither time did he present a bill for his visits.
In the current situation, I asked Mr. Mills to review and estimate the installation of insulation, hardware cloth, and vapor barrier under an enclosed porch. He did so, and presented me with a detailed estimate, separating the cost of materials from labor. I agreed to the job and pricing.
He arrived on the date to which we had agreed and he, along with two helpers installed the materials to my satisfaction. The work area was left clean, he answered all questions, and the installation looks and works great! My porch room now rarely goes above 45% humidity, is warmer in cold weather and cooler in warm weather! I am thrilled with this work and the professionalism of Mr. Mills.
I will definitely utilize his services in the future and am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a variety of work done on their home. While he has not painted for me, I know he is willing to do painting, drywalling, wood deck installations, and just about
anything else that a general contractor can be expected to do.
