Under initial owners with personal involvement in quality checks, was excellent. Under new ownership, the service went down significantly. Poor training, constant changing of staff, lack of leadership, no true quality checks even with constructive complaints. I had to change to another service after several correction attempts.

The women were fantastic! The house is cleaner than it has been for a long time! I am 79 and could no longer keep it longing great. The women went to work immediately. They asked a few questions and we reviewed what I wanted done. I am so happy I choose them. They were professional and excellent at cleaning.

The cleaning authority has been fantastic. I have had a number of initial cleans by other companies and they were either way over priced, or did a terrible job. The cleaning authority sent out the owner of the company to give me a quote and explain to me the cleaning process and the price. The price was much lower than I was expecting and their deep cleaning rotation is so great. Every other clean they spend extra time on certain areas so that you truly do get a deep clean every time they come to you home.
(like you would with an expensive one time clean with any other company) The payment is easy with the online account and I can "turn on" or"off" different rooms in my home that I don't use a lot to cut down on cost. TCA has been a life saver!

I have had two cleaning companies in Charleston, SC service my home. I don't consider myself to be picky but I do expect the companies do complete the tasks they describe in their services. The Cleaning Authority has provided a high quality cleaning service that is consistent. The staff are great and the owner is more than willing to help you with everything to make sure you are satisfied. The price and quality are a perfect match. I would recommend their services to others.
