It has been over a month. I called him a half hour after he said he was going to be here and he claimed he was stuck on the side of the road. I was polite and wished him well. I've not heard a peep from him since. I've called and text him to no avail. My Realtor and the Seller have called him, and he claims that he is having problems with his helper. I am going to call another company that actually wants my business today and in the future.
