TARGET TERMITE PEST CTRL

I bought a termite bond from this company in 2002. They are supposed to come out and do an annual inspection plus inspect quarterly the termite traps. Luckily I did not pay the annual inspection this year because they never came and did the inspection. I called and emailed the company and there is no response. The owner's name is Ted Brown. Buyer beware these shysters will start a company with a different name so you can't nail them down.

The employees were excellent, but the owner is horrible. He stopped paying his employees, which is bad business. May 2019 is my last month using them.

In May of 2016 we called to ask when the gentleman from Target Pest control would be coming to do our quarterly termite inspection since it was overdue. After some stalling we were told we were due for a re treatmen. My husband asked if we could schedule it. He was told yes, but it was not done until November. Meanwhile, there have been no quarterly inspections. My husband was told the re treatment was needed because of " water intrusion " but we have never even had a puddle in our yard. We asked to see pictures of any water lines on our foundation or other evidence of water intrusion. No evidence was produced but they did produce a bill for $750 for the re treatment, which they neglected to inform us of before the service was performed. After many phone calls ( Patricia in the office screens the calls and would not answer when she recognized our number but promptly answered when I called from a number she didn't recognize) I finally texted the 4 phone numbers I have associated with the company after that Patricia texted me back to say they would waive the $750 bill. I tried to explain I wasn't trying to get out of paying, I just wanted proof rather re treatment was needed. We still haven't had a bait trap inspection in over a year, and Target has not sent us our annual inspection report with a renewal. we only want them to honor our contract and do the inspection. In the meantime I have tried to call and text the company with no response.

They never answered the phone or returned a message.

They are very good.  They are very reasonable.  It is just one man who comes.  He is very polite and a really good worker.  I have no complaints with him.  I have been using them for four years.

They weren't very good. They never got rid of the bugs.They are all very friendly. It took me a while to pay off my bill and they were understanding with that. I guess their poison isn't strong enough.
