We purchased all the tile and supplies - Matt drew the diagram and came up with the pattern suggestions for inside house and the porch. Matt was punctual - when unable to come at designated time - would call to let us know. He worked very hard and carefully. Project took a little longer than he anticipated. He would stay as long as needed and very few breaks. Matt had some problems with his equipment at first but took initiative to go out and get what he needed to do the job right. Matt wasn't too good in figuring out the sq footage and some of the grout lines are way too big, left boot prints in the glaze and tried to fix it - not perfect - but all in all it looks good.
