Suntrust Mortgage

The experience I had securing a mortgage with Josh and his staff was unlike any others I've experienced before (3 prior banks). I felt like I had a personal assistant on call 24 hours a day, and he was always one step ahead of me. That is saying a lot, because I usually have to stay on top of people. I have a doctorate degree in Pharmacy and have an "A-type" personality, and so it is usually difficult for businesses to meet my expectations. I was completely blown away with Josh's professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, timeliness, and expertise. He secured a lower interest rate than even originally quoted, where others probably would not have even mentioned that interest rates had decreased... he closed our loan a few days before the scheduled date, he answered his phone at all hours and all days... he is truly excellent at his job and I am thankful for the experience.

I was heistant to get into the mortgage process because I had heard how hard it was with the new, more restrictive requirements. Our loan process couldn't have gone more smoothly and quickly. We signed a contract on a house on October 3rd and closed on October 31st. I don't know if that quick a closing is typical but it is waht we needed and Josh Feldman and his team at Suntrust made it happen.
