Eight-years later in 2016, 4 of the windows fogged over because of moisture leaking through the seals and needed to be replaced. Southern Components, Inc stood by their workmanship and 10-year installation guarantee. When alerted that 4 of their windows had failed, they sent a representative to assess the situation. He measured and ordered replacement windows.
Replacement windows were just installed. Again the installation and workmanship were excellent. I would recommend this company when ordering new windows and arranging for their installation.
